The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said a severe heatwave will continue in Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh for several days. Red warning has been issued for New Delhi, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
