Hurricane Fiona hits Puerto Rico; threatens to cause landslides

Hurricane Fiona created havoc in the island of Puerto Rico as it bought the threat of catastrophic rains and landslides along with it. The authorities have warned people to take shelter and opened up more than 100 shelters for the residents.
