Whooping cough cases are on the rise around the world. China has reported 13 deaths, the Philippines has reported 54 deaths, people are also dying of the whooping cough in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. Whooping cough is a respiratory illness, what's more, it is highly contagious, and deadly, especially in toddlers and newborns. Could this be the next pandemic?
