#Gravitas | A Pakistani national with alleged ties to Iran was arrested in U.S. last month on charges that he reportedly plotted to kill former President Donald Trump and multiple other public officials. the accused, identified as Asif Merchant, allegedly spent some time in Iran after which he flew from Pakistan to the U.S. to recruit hitmen to carry out the alleged plot.
