At least 30 people were killed in clashes following the retirement of prominent Iraqi cleric Muqtada al-Sadr. The protesters withdrew from Baghdad's green zone after an ultimatum issued by Sadr himself. Palki Sharma Upadhyay decodes the power struggle in Iraq.
