It’s not good news for google, as a u.s. Judge has rejected its bid to dismiss a $5 bn lawsuit claiming it invaded the privacy of millions of people. This alleged intrusion, uncovered even when users activated google's 'incognito' mode, has raised eyebrows, and ignited a conversation about the extent to which personal data is being harvested without explicit consent.
