Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding announced on Wednesday (August 26) about her ongoing battle with breast cancer. Sharing the update on Twitter and Instagram, the 38-year-old revealed she had been diagnosed with the disease earlier this year and recently received the "devastating news" that the cancer had spread to other parts of her body.
