Denmark assumes UNSC presidency for March

On Monday, Denmark assumed the rotational presidency of the UN Security Council for the month of March, taking over from China. During a news conference, Denmark's UN envoy, Christina Markus Lassen, pledged to lead a "constructive, creative, and consistent" presidency. She emphasized Denmark's strong commitment to international law and reaffirmed the Security Council's role as a vital global platform for maintaining international peace and security.
