A recent study suggests that conch shell blowing, an ancient Indian practice known as shankh blowing, may help alleviate symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Participants who practiced this technique for six months experienced a 34% reduction in daytime sleepiness, improved sleep quality, and fewer nighttime breathing interruptions.
