Colombia has been rocked by two deadly attacks that killed at least 13 people and injured dozens more. In Cali, a vehicle bomb struck a military aviation school, killing five and injuring 36. Meanwhile, in Antioquia, an explosives-laden drone brought down a police helicopter during an anti-narcotics operation, killing eight officers.
