India's Chief of Air staff has warned that China is rapidly building infrastructure at the line of actual control especially in Ladakh. His warning comes after the Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi and the country's foreign minister S Jaishankar raised concerns on the LAC situation with China. Watch in for more details!
