A Bloomberg report quoting sources showed the world's largest asset manager, BlackRock, is foraying into tokenization. BlackRock is exploring how to make exchange-traded funds (ETFs) available as tokens on the blockchain for Wall Street. The firm is working on tokenizing funds tied to real-world assets, such as stocks. But that will depend on regulatory considerations.
