Reportedly, Jon Franko, the founder of a marketing company named Gorilla has come up with a novel idea that makes the quitting process, a rather stress-free process.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Franko took to Linkedin to share a post where he stated that at his company, employees can quit, and search for a new job whilst simultaneously receiving a ten per cent pay raise. However, the caveat is that the employee quitting should leave the company within three months.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"From the moment an employee tells us of their decision to leave Gorilla and that they are in the search for a new job, any full-time employee who gives us at least six weeks' notice will be given a 10 per cent salary increase for the remainder of their time at Gorilla. We ask that they leave within three months. And we promise, no hard feelings," wrote Franko in the post.</p>

<p>Ever wanted a friend to join you for nothing in particular but had difficulties finding one? The solution could be Shoji Morimoto, a 38-year-old Japanese man known as "Rental-Do-Nothing-Man."</p>

<p>As his moniker suggests, Morimoto offers a rather unconventional rental service to his customers in Tokyo by contracting himself out to, in his own words, "do nothing."</p>

<p>Morimoto will provide his company for 10,000 yen ($71.20) each reservation. He said he won't initiate discussion but will provide straightforward answers if necessary. In addition to his cost, he also charges for transportation, and if the assignment falls between mealtimes, clients will also be responsible for his food.</p>

Meet the Japanese man who gets paid to 'do nothing'

<p>A news anchor for an American television station started tripping over her words and appeared unwell on air on Saturday, September 3, turns out she was showing the early symptoms of a stroke.</p>

<p>Julie Chin of KJRH, an Oklahoma news anchor was live when she suddenly suffered what was later identified as the "beginnings of a stroke".</p>

<p>Chin was experiencing difficulty in properly forming sentences, a video of the incident shows her saying "I’m sorry, something is going on with me this morning, and I apologize to everybody," before passing over to her colleague.</p>

<p>All of us have seen cartoons in which a tasty treat (for someone else) is eaten up by a character and it leaves a note which says 'xyz was here'. Almost everyone laughs when a cartoon character gets its food stolen. Funny when it's happening to someone else, eh? It's an incredible, indescribable headache when it happens to you just when you are hungry.</p>

<p>A guy with Instagram handle 'iamdamiensanders' suffered this fate. All he did was to order some chicken wings. What he got were bones and a note explaining the situation.</p>

<p>"I'm sorry I ate cho food. I'm broke and hungry. Consider it like your payin it forward I'm quitting this lame ass job in the way. Be blessed. Your Door Dash Guy."</p>

<p>It's particularly annoying to read the reason why someone else ate your food. The guy is pissed as expected. He has posted his ordeal on Instagram.</p>

<p>In a conversation with the BBC, a behavioural ecologist and evolutionary anthropologist Dr Barbara Fruth said that sometimes when Bonobos catch large prey, and the meal is too big, the ape does not immediately kill all its victims. Instead, they keep some of their prey alive as pets. Usually, these prey are eaten later.</p>

<p>Dr Fruth,&nbsp;who is the head of the LuiKotale Bonobo Project, and has been researching these animals for more than 20 years, thinks that this is most likely what was happening when the image was taken.</p>

<p>Adam Lockwood, 21, is known for climbing many of the world's tallest structures, and this time he climbed The Shard without any safety precautions. He then took a selfie at the top of the skyscraper at around 5 in the morning. Lockwood then uploaded a picture on his Facebook page later. He donned a headcam while standing 1,000 feet above London, bare-shirted and barefoot.</p>

<p>For any of his climbs, Lockwood doesn’t use shackles. His grasp and upper body strength are absolutely essential for his survival in these adventures, Times Now reported.</p>

<p>We've all had our parents tell us that these devices will be the death of us. Now, new research has provided proof that electronic devices like smartphones, computers, and tablets and the excessive blue light they emit can significantly speed up our ageing process.</p>

<p>PTI quotes Jadwiga Giebultowicz, the senior author of the study and a professor at Oregon State University, as saying&nbsp;"Excessive exposure to blue light from everyday devices, such as TVs, laptops, and phones, may have detrimental effects on a wide range of cells in our body, from skin and fat cells, to sensory neurons."</p>

<p>The research, which was published in the journal Frontiers in Aging, suggests that limiting excessive blue light exposure could be an effective anti-ageing tactic.</p>

<p>Giebultowicz claimed that this study is "the first to show that the levels of specific metabolites -- chemicals that are essential for cells to function correctly -- are altered in fruit flies exposed to blue light."</p>

<p>Explaining the methodology he said that researchers compared the amounts of metabolites in flies exposed to blue light for two weeks to those kept in full darkness to understand why high-energy blue light is responsible for accelerating ageing in fruit flies.</p>

<p>They found that the quantities of metabolites they examined in the cells of fly heads were significantly different after exposure to blue light.&nbsp;The researchers' observations support their earlier results that blue light speeds up ageing by suggesting that the cells are not functioning at their best, which may lead to premature cell death.</p>

PTI quotes Jadwiga Giebultowicz, the senior author of the study and a professor at Oregon State University, as saying "Excessive exposure to blue light from everyday devices, such as TVs, laptops, and phones, may have detrimental effects on a wide range of cells in our body, from skin and fat cells, to sensory neurons." <p>Following a physical altercation in the cockpit on a flight from Geneva to Paris in June, two Air France pilots were suspended, an Air France spokesperson revealed on Sunday. The official emphasised the airline's dedication to safety and stated that the flight continued and landed safely with no impact from the incident on the remainder of the voyage.</p>

<p>The co-pilot and pilot got into a fight immediately after takeoff, according to Switzerland's La Tribune, and grabbed each other by the collars after one of them appeared to have hit the other. A member of the cabin staff stepped in and spent the whole of the flight in the cockpit with the pilots, according to the report.</p>
