<p>Coach Tarak Sinha, a mentor to dozens of first-class and international cricketers, passed away on Saturday and was grieved by the cricketing community, with his brightest ward Rishabh Pant admitting the loss has left him devastated.</p>

<p>Sinha passed away on Saturday morning after a protracted illness. He was 71 years old.</p>

<p>Mourning his death, India's star wicket-keeper Pant, who is now in the UAE for the ICC T20 World Cup, said he will remember him every time he steps on&nbsp;the field.</p>

The postage stamp has been issued in the honour of veteran female cricketer Jhulan Goswami on for her contributions in Indian sports. The stamp was unveiled at the Calcutta Sports Journalists' club in the presence of former India captain Sourav Ganguly. In May 2017, Jhulan Goswami surpassed Cathryn Fitzpatrick to become highest wicket-taker in women ODI history. <p>India&#39;s veteran pacer Jhulan Goswami today added another feather to her illustrious cap by becoming the first female cricketer to take 200 ODI wickets.</p>

<p>Goswami achieved the feat during the second ODI between India and South Africa here.</p>

<p>The 35-year-old, playing her 166th ODI, dismissed opener Laura Wolvaardt for her 200th scalp.</p>
