Shelby County Chancellor JoeDae Jenkins issued a temporary injunction against the proposed auction that had been scheduled for May 22.&nbsp;

A representative for Graceland told The Independent: “As the court has now made clear, there was no validity to the claims. There will be no foreclosure. Graceland will continue to operate as it has for the past 42 years, ensuring that Elvis fans from around the world can continue to have a best in class experience when visiting his iconic home.”

<h2>What is the non repayment of loan issue?</h2>

Earlier this month a public notice for a foreclosure sale of the 13-acre estate in Memphis was posted. It said that the Promenade Trust, which controls the Graceland museum, owes $3.8m (£2.9m) after failing to repay a 2018 loan.

According to the legal notice, Lisa Marie allegedly signed a Deed of Trust in 2018 to secure the loan through a Missouri company called Naussany Investments and Private Lending, using Graceland as collateral.

The icon Elvis Presley purchased the property for £102,500 in 1957. At the time, Elvis had just released hit songs like “All Shook Up” and “Blue Christmas”. He lived there until his death in 1977.

To stop the sale, Riley claimed that her mother’s signatures on the documents are forgeries, that the loan never transpired, that Naussany Investments is not a real company, and that the loan’s notary public did not notarise it.

A new immersive Elvis Presley show will open in central London later this year, bringing the king of rock 'n' roll back to life with the help of artificial intelligence (AI), organisers said Thursday.

"Elvis Evolution", featuring a life-size digital Elvis performing on stage, is designed to be the first of a series of shows in cities including Las Vegas, Tokyo and Berlin.

British company Layered Reality put together the spectacle using AI, holographic projections, augmented reality, live theatre and multi-sensory effects to celebrate the singer's life and legacy.

It promises previously unseen performances created through access to thousands of personal photos and home-video archive after striking a deal with Authentic Brands Group, which owns his estate. 
Layered Reality chief executive Andrew McGuinness called the show "a next-generation tribute to the musical legend that is Elvis Presley".

"Elvis maintains superstar status globally and people around the world no longer want to sit there and passively receive entertainment –- they want to be a part of it," he added.

The show, which is scheduled to open in November, will use music, technology and storytelling to chart Elvis's rise to fame and his cultural significance to the 1950s and 1960s.

Marc Rosen, head of entertainment at Authentic Brands Group, said it would give fans "a new, immersive way of experiencing Elvis Presley's life and legacy".

It also touches upon the singer's growing up years in black-dominated neighbourhoods in Mississippi and thus his music was majorly influenced by black artists who sang blues and jazz along with gospel music. A poignant moment at the beginning of the film has a young Elvis going into a trance while moving to a church song.&nbsp;

Another scene that stays on is one of the introductory scenes of Butler as the relatively unknown singer. Dressed in pink with heavy eye makeup, as the young Elvis walks in he gets booed for his looks and hair. The hall is silent when Elvis starts to tap his feet and eventually starts moving his legs vigorously to the beats and women slowly start losing it in the hall, wanting to grab him and get a piece of him almost. The performance led to the inception of the quintessential Elvis moves which at that time were termed as obscene and vulgar.&nbsp;

Fans were concerned about Tom Hanks's health when he appeared to be struggling to control his shaking arm earlier this month. The 65-year-old actor is currently promoting Baz Luhrmann's upcoming biopic 'Elvis' based&nbsp;on the greatest Hollywood star, Elvis Presley. Hanks plays the singer's manager in the film.&nbsp;

Luhrmann, who was born in Sydney, organised a premiere at&nbsp;Australia's Gold Coast, which is 50 miles south of Brisbane and where the filming took place.

Along with Hanks, Austin Butler, 30, who is playing the lead character of Elvis Presley, also attended the ceremony on June 4.

"There is no better place in the world to make a motion picture than right here on the Gold Coast". He remarked, his right hand holding the microphone and his left hand in his pocket.

Tom Hanks' shaky hand during 'Elvis' movie promotions stirs concern for his health

From a 'Star Wars' X-Wing spacecraft model to a 'Thor' hammer, a treasure trove of entertainment memorabilia from much-loved movies is going up for auction in Hollywood next month. 
 
More than 1,800 items are being offered at the June 21-24 auction, which film and TV memorabilia company Propstore estimates will raise more than $9 million. 
 
"There's a huge amount of scope there. There's over 600 different film and television titles that are represented," Propstore Chief Operations Officer Brandon Alinger told Reuters. 
 
"Beyond the core props and costumes... (we have) collectible toys, comic books, comic artwork, film production materials, meaning things like concept artwork, storyboards, crew jackets, a huge amount of collectibles." &nbsp; &nbsp;Leading the lots is the 'Red Leader" X-Wing model from "Star Wars: A New Hope", which has a price estimate of $500,000 - $1 million. 
 
"We believe this is the only genuine, intact, original X-Wing from the very first `Star Wars` that`s ever been offered at public auction so it`s pretty special," Alinger said. 
 
Other items for sale include an animatronic Gizmo from "Gremlins 2: The New Batch" with a price tag of $80,000 - $120,000, Thor`s hammer from the original "Thor" movie, with an estimate of $100,000 - $150,000, and a six-foot model of a jet used in the original "Top Gun", which could fetch $30,000 - $50,000. 
 
There are also lots from Will Smith films, including shorts he wore to portray Muhammad Ali in biopic "Ali", with an estimate of $1,500 - $2,500, and an insert hand prop worn by Johnny Depp in "Edward Scissorhands", seen fetching $30,000 - $50,000. 
 
"At the moment, we are hearing a lot of people talk about Will Smith, we are hearing a lot of people talk about Johnny Depp," Alinger said, in reference to Smith's slap of comedian Chris Rock at the Oscars and the defamation case Depp filed against his ex-wife Amber Heard.

"I do think that will bring about special attention, in part just because it causes people to revisit their work and revisit their titles." 
 
Other auction items include Elvis Presley`s suit from "It Happened at the World Fair" ($20,000 - $30,000), Samuel L. Jackson`s wallet from "Pulp Fiction" ($30,000 - $50,000) and Uma Thurman`s sword from "Kill Bill Vol.1" ($20,000 - $30,000).
