<p>Using an online platform, the researchers recruited women, specifically targeting pregnant women and those who had just given birth, a period associated with elevated oxytocin levels.</p>

<p>These images included 32 human faces, 256 inanimate objects with patterns that could resemble faces, and 32 inanimate objects lacking facial patterns.</p>

<h2><strong>Key findings</strong></h2>

<p>The results of the study revealed that all participants easily recognised the images of human faces, while they struggled to perceive faces in the 32 images of inanimate objects without facial patterns.</p>

<p>However, women who had recently given birth reported a higher ease in perceiving the 256 illusionary faces compared to pregnant women.</p>

<p>This suggests that the sensitivity to perceiving faces in objects is not a stable trait throughout adulthood and may change during early parenthood, potentially as a mechanism to enhance social bonding, possibly influenced by higher oxytocin levels.</p>

<h2><strong>Future research</strong></h2>

<p>While these findings are intriguing, the study has its limitations. Notably, oxytocin levels were not measured in participants, leaving room for other factors such as anxiety or stress to potentially explain the results.</p>

<p>As the special session of Indian parliament approaches, the staff are preparing to don new uniforms when they relocate to the new&nbsp;building next week. <p>Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) spokesperson Clyde Crasto reportedly said, “By printing the 'Lotus' symbol on uniforms of Parliament staff, the BJP is trying to turn our 'Temple of Democray' into a political arena."&nbsp;“The BJP is misusing the Parliament for personal propaganda. The August House belongs to the people of India, not to a political party,” he added.</p>

These uniforms will incorporate elements of Indian culture, featuring 'Nehru jackets' and khaki pants, among other modifications. The session will officially begin on September 18. But a formal entry into the new parliament building is scheduled for September 19, coinciding with the Hindu festival of Ganesh Chaturthi, and accompanied by a small 'pooja' ceremony. Marshal attire changes The dress code for the marshals in both houses of Parliament has also undergone alterations, as they will now be wearing Manipuri turbans. <p>The move in August by Russian companies to instead offer fertilisers at market prices could increase India's import costs and subsidy burden amid a rally in global prices, as a top exporter, China, tries to curtail overseas sales.</p>

<p>"There are no discounts," said a New Delhi-based senior industry official involved in the negotiations with overseas suppliers.</p>

<p>India's fertiliser imports from Russia surged 246 percent&nbsp;to a record 4.35 million metric tons in the 2022/23 financial year ended on March 31 as suppliers gave discounts to the global market price for DAP, urea and NPK fertilisers.</p>

<p>Russia's aggressive selling last year eroded the Indian market share of other fertiliser exporters including China, Egypt, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates.</p>

<p>"Russian companies were offering DAP at discounts of as high as $80 (per ton). However, now they are not offering discounts of even $5," said another Indian company official.</p>

<p>The current price of Russian DAP is approximately $570 per ton on a cost and freight (CFR) basis for Indian buyers, which is the same price offered to other Asian buyers, said a Russian industry official.</p>

<p>Global fertiliser prices have been surging over the past two months, making it challenging for Indian companies to accumulate stocks for the upcoming winter season when demand for DAP rises for the wheat crop, said an official from a Mumbai-based fertiliser company.</p>

<p>"Tracing those posts, raids were conducted at certain locations and the person was apprehended. He was found to be Monu Manesar who was using a fictitious name to upload objectionable posts."&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>Ongoing investigation</strong></h2>

<p>Authorities continue to investigate the case, delving deeper into the circumstances surrounding Manesar's social media activities. There is also a possibility of transfer of Monu Manesar to police of the neighbouring Rajasthan state.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The decision to transfer Monu Manesar to the jurisdiction of the Rajasthan Police will hinge on court directives. Notably, Rajasthan police is investigating his involvement in the murders of cousins Junaid (35) and Nasir (27).&nbsp;</p>
