The era of parties at Airbnbs is now over. In 2020, Airbnb introduced a temporary ban on house parties so that guests could adhere to pandemic restrictions. Airbnb said they are very pleased with the outcome of this ban as the number of complaints around parties dropped by 44 since it was introduced, so now the company is making that ban permanent.
