Ukraine MP Yulia Klymenko has welcomed PM Modi's Kyiv visit & has said that Ukrainian MPs have invited him to address the Parliament. Speaking to our diplomatic correspondent, she said, 'We understand India's neutral policy, it has ties with Russia. It is a fact. Narendra Modi is very powerful man. He is face of global south. He can convince Putin to stop the war". MP Yulia is part of Ukraine India Parliamentarian friendship group.
