Vistara and Air India to fly as one carrier starting November 12

The Tata group's massive undertakings when it acquired Air India in 2021 were to take over the floundering airline and restore its reputation as a customer-centric powerhouse. With just two months left to Air India's takeover of Vistara, a joint venture airline established by the Tata group in partnership with Singapore airlines ltd, the coffee-to-cars conglomerate has achieved progress in one area but not the other.
