US-Iran War: Indian Mariner Killed After Vessel Attacked Near Iraqi Port, Crew Evacuated

An Indian seafarer has been killed after the vessel Safesea Vishnu came under attack near Khor Al Zubair Port in Iraq. The Embassy of India in Iraq confirmed the death and said the incident occurred in Iraqi waters amid rising regional tensions.
According to officials, the ship was struck during the attack, leading to the death of one Indian mariner. Authorities confirmed that 15 Indian crew members were safely evacuated following the incident.
