India’s Ministry of External Affairs has strongly rejected reports suggesting New Delhi played a role in the Iran conflict or allowed the US Navy to use Indian ports for strikes. The MEA called the claims in sections of the US media “baseless and fabricated,” warning against misinformation amid rising tensions in West Asia. India reiterated that such reports rely on unnamed military sources and do not reflect its official position.
