After being sued by multiple U.S. states over its products fueling social media addiction, Meta announced a $18 billion settlement. In a big win for accountability, it has also decided to curb Instagram and Facebook use for teenagers. Now, it remains to be seen whether these curbs are extended to other countries like India.
