Uganda: Assailants attack Lhubirira secondary school in Mpondwe

According to the police, terrorists affiliated with the Islamic State stormed a school in the village of Mpondwe near the border of Congo and killed 25 people while kidnapping additional students. The attackers also set fire to the dormitory and stole supplies.
