Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that the U.S. security plan for Ukraine is “100% ready” to be signed. At the same time, Zelensky firmly rejected any proposal to cede Ukrainian territory to Russia, reiterating Kyiv’s position on sovereignty and territorial integrity as the war continues.
