Twin explosions kill 17 in Swat Valley counter-terror office in Pakistan

At least 17 people have died and dozens have been injured in twin explosions that rocked the Swat valley in the Northwestern region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa which neighbours Afghanistan in Pakistan. The incident took place in an office of the counterterrorism department in the late hours of Monday.
