U.S. President Donald Trump has signed a sweeping Russia sanctions bill into law, targeting Russian officials, banks, energy revenues and the country’s shadow tanker fleet. The law also gives Trump authority to impose tariffs of up to 100% on major buyers of Russian oil and gas, potentially affecting countries including India and China.
