'Aqua-phobia' is the fear of water. Many people develop this anxiety when they are about to take a dip or swim, but some grannies in South Africa's Soweto are redefining this phobia. In their 60s and above they have found a new hobby to help calm them down and stay fit. Here's their story of grit and endurance.
