Afghanistan conducted its presidential election on September 28th. Ever since the Taliban were toppled from power in 2001, every Afghan election has been marred by instances of fraud. But this year, measures meant to prevent a repeat of fraudulent elections has delayed the results. As the country waits for the outcome, WION spoke to Tahir Qadiry -Chargé d'Affaires of Afghanistan in India on the diplomacy show.
