Health Ministry teams in Mina used drones to transport medicines, medical equipment, and urgent healthcare supplies directly from the distribution centres to field clinics operating near the pilgrimage routes. Officials said the system reduced delivery time from nearly 90 minutes during peak congestion to as little as three minutes.
