Report: Initial Probe Claims Accident Due To Signalling Failure

India's national investigation agency has begun a probe into the Baghmati express train accident in Chennai Southern Railways division. They are investigating the possibility of a conspiracy in the mishap, reports indicate that the express train mistakenly entered a loop line instead of the main line resulting in the derailment.
