In just a matter of hours Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will join his counterparts from Japan, the United States and Australia in the Quad Summit for meetings in Delaware. The Quad is a strategic security grouping focused on the Indo Pacific area, a populous and economically vital region also of a strategic interest to China.
