Pak-Afghan Clash: Afghanistan Vows Response After Pak Kills Dozens in Strikes

On Sunday, Afghanistan strongly condemned Pakistan’s airstrikes targeting Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) fighters along the border, calling them a “clear violation” of its sovereignty and international law. Afghan government spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid said in a post on X that the strikes hit a religious seminary and several residential buildings, causing dozens of civilian casualties, including women and children who were killed or injured. “Last night, our civilians in Nangarhar and Paktika provinces were bombed, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries, including women and children,” he stated.
