Colorado's top court has disqualified former U.S. President Donald Trump from the state's ballot, citing insurrection. In a first, the court used Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution's 14 Amendment to disqualify a presidential candidate. Trump's campaign has called the decision 'completely flawed'.
