Neckties become a new target of Taliban
From banning schools and Universities, education to closing the doors of gyms, salons and parks and most other spaces for women the new rulers of Afghanistan are on a spree of making new rules. This time they're turning their gaze onto men and what they do and what clothes they wear. The latest Target of the Taliban's new dress code is a necktie.
