"Today, North Korea has launched a ballistic missile and it is believed to have fallen west of Hokkaido, in our country's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), we naturally lodged a strong protest against North Korea. It has repeated its provocations with unprecedented frequency. I would like to reiterate that we absolutely cannot tolerate this,' said Japan's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.
