Japan: 39-year-old woman allegedly killed by US marine
A U.S. Marine stationed in Okinawa, Japan, has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a 39-year-old Japanese woman at a hotel in Naha, police said. The suspect was identified as 20-year-old Lance Cpl Devin Jacob Ballard. Police allege he also stole the woman’s wallet and backpack.
