The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi chairs a meeting with Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) to discuss the situation arising out of the crash of a military helicopter near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu, which claimed the life of CDS General Bipin Rawat his wife Madhulika Rawat and 11 others.
