Ahead of India's Army day on January 15th the Indian chief of Army staff General Manoj Pande has called the security situation on the northern border stable but sensitive addressing an annual press conference. The Army Chief said in Jammu and Kashmir infiltration attempts continue but are being constantly thwarted.
