India, Bangladesh agree on project to conserve, manage Teesta river project

In a significant diplomatic maneuver India has launched its commitment to assist Bangladesh in the conservation and management of Teesta river effectively looking to grab the edge over China in its influence on the Bangladesh issue. The announcement came during the visit of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to Delhi and is seen as a key part of Delhi's neighborhood first policy in the region. Watch in for more details!
