HK Security Law will be applied to foreign nationals also, says Article 38

Article 38 of the National Security Law says that it applies to non-residents of Hong Kong as well as crimes committed outside the region. This puts thousands of foreign nationals who travelled to Hong Kong including Indians at risk. Watch report.
