Gravitas: Indian PM visits soldiers on Diwali, continues tradition started in 2014
India is celebrating the Festival of Lights, Diwali. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi continued the tradition that he began when he took office in 2014 for the ninth year in a row. The PM decided to spend some time with the soldiers at India's border areas and this year he visited the town of Kargil in Kashmir.
