The prospect of changing the constitution in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is raising concerns of a potential “constitutional coup”. Congolese political & civil society leaders announced an alliance to rally against constitutional changes which are meant to ensure President Felix Tshisekedi keeps power indefinitely.
