Indian External Affairs Minister (EAM) S. Jaishankar said that it is "very difficult to engage with Pakistan who practices cross-border terrorism". Jaishankar's remarks came during a joint press briefing with Janaina Tewaney, the foreign minister of Panama, in Panama City.
