China's Tiangong space station faces equipment delay from India
When attempting to transport a piece of equipment to China for use on its Tiangong space station, Indian scientists have run into difficulties. About a year ago, a team from the Indian Institute of Astrophysics in Bangalore asked the Indian Ministry of External Affairs for permission to export the Spectroscopic Investigations of Nebular Gas (Sing) apparatus.
