China: Snow, Gale Force Winds Strand 60+ Vessels in Shandong

Heavy snow and gale-force winds have lashed Shandong province in eastern China, forcing more than 60 international and Chinese vessels to anchor and suspend operations in Longkou port. Local authorities activated emergency response plans, implementing video checks and increasing port patrols to monitor stranded vessels.
