Canada: No funding for research linked to foreign institutes

The Canadian government has announced that they will no longer provide any funds to sensitive scientific research if they're affiliated with foreign institutions, especially China-based universities. The Trudeau Administration has unveiled new rules aimed at preventing sensitive technological research developed in the country from being transferred to China, Iran or Russia.
