Byju's bankruptcy ruling in US In focus

A US court ruling that placed into bankruptcy units associated with Indian education technology company Byju's took an Indian official by surprise. Some Byju's units in the US Will be forced into chapter 11 bankruptcy as a result of the decision. The reason: these units did not provide the needed information to their creditors. The court issued the decree as a default judgment.
