4 people have been killed in Bangladesh's capital Dhaka after a train was allegedly set on fire ahead of the polls. Bangladesh's main opposition party BNP has boycotted the polls and has called for a general strike on Sunday as Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina eyes a fourth-straight term.
