Afghanistan-Pakistan: Peace talks between Afghanistan and Pakistan have failed after four days of negotiations in Istanbul, Pakistan’s Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said. The talks, brokered by Qatar and Turkey, followed a ceasefire agreement on October 19 after deadly border clashes.
