16 people were killed after a Russian plane crashed in the Republic of Tatarstan. At least 6 others injured in the crash, have been hospitalized. The short-range aircraft was carrying a group of parachute jumpers onboard. Video footage showed the aircraft broken in half with a severely dented nose.
